An easy and fast-paced way to learn the tenses and vocabulary of the language. The author has done an excellent job with this book. This is an exciting, but very practical way to learn the language. Highly recommended as a study-guide to those that are new to the language.

Filled with a multi-faceted presentation of the compilation of the Bible, the Gospel, to include teachings on the nature of God, the mysteries of Christ, with an overview of different doctrines to include the ministry of the Holy Spirit – this book lacks nothing.  Any question you have about Christianity will be answered in this book as the author presents historical background, and the beliefs and values of the Christian faith in such a way that is concise, interesting, accurate, and presents the truth of the Scriptures and Jesus Christ as the Son of God.  

This is one amazing read as the author gives a summary of how books of the Bible emerged into the canonization, giving his interpretation from a Protestant perspective, in which he explains also.  Easy-to-read and full of facts as scripture from the Bible, the author tackles a difficult subject and helps readers in understanding the entirety of the Christian faith.

With teaching from the Old and New Testaments, the author helps new and mature believers alike.  This short book is designed as a guide to help readers (unbelievers and also those exploring Christianity) to make better spiritual decisions for the betterment of their lives.   

Discussing the, “nature of Christianity; its origins; the fundamentals principals; the foundational teachings; and how it answers questions to everyday life,” (p.13) is what the book covers by boiling down the essentials of the principles of the Christian faith, so that those examining Christianity can understand the belief systems and where they came from.

This is a very interesting and highly recommended read that comes from years of study – giving insight to better understand the Bible as a whole, the main tenants of the Christian faith and to encourage and edify the Body of Christ.  Many will come to understand what the Nicene Creed means that has continued on in many Christian churches today, while also learning the different denominations of the Christian faith as well. With chapters such as: The Historical Beginning; The Gospel: From Beginning to End; The Historical Teachings of the Faith; The Canon and its Translations; The Inter-Workings of the Church; The Book of Romans: An Essay Perspective on its Teachings to the Church and Study Guide Suggestions the book is an excellent read.  

This book comes highly recommended for those that are looking to understand the Christian faith and the Bible.  Sincerely, all Christians should partake of this read, whether you are a new believer or curious about the Christian religion, this book will guide you into a deeper understanding of Scripture from a biblical and historical perspective, that will lead to a deeper understanding of God, Kingdom principles and the precious Word of God.

The Old Is Gone, Has The New Come

That old nature which came from Adam and Eve is frequently rebellious toward the things of God. It always wants to have its own way, instead of allowing the Holy Spirit to lead and guide you. When we seek to get even for wrongs done to us, frequent thoughts will come to the person with this nature. 

The Bible tells us that vengeance is God’s, and He will repay. The person who has determined to live in righteousness and true holiness will commit his problem to the Lord and allow Him to take care of the results. 

The old thoughts will still come, but you don’t need to let them lodge in your mind. God wants to help you, but He is expecting you to use the tools He has given you. One of them is the Sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.

God's Forgibeness

The atoning blood of Jesus keeps on flowing to cleanse you all the time because you are His.  You are not cleansed just by verbal confession because your lips can say words you don’t mean.  Your true confession comes from the heart when your sincere desire is to please Him.  God loves you so much that He wants you to know that you don’t have to live in fear of failure in word, thought or deed.  When little things divert your attention, a little temper rises or a bad attitude creeps in and you temporarily forget to ask God’s forgiveness for it.  He looks at your heart and your intentions.  You are justified under the new law because of what Jesus did when He died for you, and that precious blood continues to cleanse as long as you want to stay under the covering God provided. 

John 15:3 You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.

Simple translation, and in many ways very true. I prefer to call the scriptures God's love letters. Another personal translation of mine is the dos and the dont's. One of my favorite books is the book of Proverbs which is full of instructions that can be applied to everyday life and life's everyday decisions.

 It is written that man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Truth is, God has it covered, and has given us Godly wisdom through the scriptures.
